Returns & Exchanges
Due to the small size, delicate nature, and made-to-order characteristics of many of our products, all sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect scale selection, or items that have been painted, modified, or altered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
3D-Printed Product Information
Our products are created using resin or filament 3D printing. Minor variations in surface texture, color, or finish may occur and are normal characteristics of the printing process.
Unless otherwise specified, products are supplied unpainted and may require minor preparation, including support removal, sanding, or cleaning.
These normal characteristics are not considered defects.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production or processing begins. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
